Small Group Ski Conditioning Class

Presented in conjunction with KM Fitness & Nutrition:

A one-hour ski fitness class that will prepare you for a stronger, healthier, and more confident snow sport season. Specifically designed to enhance your performance, this small group class will focus on strength, agility, balance, and core exercises to help prevent injury and prepare you for optimal performance on the ski hill.

Session Dates: 8 weeks; drop-ins welcome
